Using the reports

Reports and category briefs published here are free to read, quote and cite. We ask that you attribute Nuvv Research and, where you quote a figure, link to the report so readers can reach the method. You may not republish a report wholesale as your own work or resell it.

What the figures are, and are not

Published figures are derived aggregates computed from storefront data. Several are modelled rather than observed, and every report states which. They describe populations and trends; they are not a valuation, an audit in the accounting sense, or advice about any individual business.

Findings are frequently associations, not causes, and are labelled as such where that distinction matters. Do not read a correlation reported here as a lever you can pull.

You are welcome to make decisions using this research — that is what it is for — but you make them on your own judgement, and we are not liable for outcomes that follow.

The Pre-Holiday Benchmark Audit

What it is. A per-store report benchmarking your storefront against the matched cohort for your category, delivered by email, normally within 48 hours of order.

What we need. Your store domain and an email address.

What it is not. It is not consulting, not an engagement, and not a guarantee of any commercial result. It measures and compares; the decisions stay yours.

Refund guarantee. If the audit does not surface at least three changes worth making before the holidays, reply to the delivery email and we will refund you in full. No form and no call. We will not argue with you about it.

Included re-run. Each audit includes one re-run during the October window at no extra cost.

Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. Prices are in US dollars.

Your data

Covered by the privacy policy. In short: we do not sell your email address, we never publish anything that identifies your store, and you can have your data deleted by asking.

Availability

This is a small operation publishing research. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of the site, and we may change or withdraw reports — though where we correct a published figure we record the correction in the document rather than quietly editing it.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected in the date above. Terms in force when you bought an audit are the ones that apply to it.
